文档介绍：天津大学硕士学位论文天津市高职毕业生就业现状研究姓名:房忞申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:张再生 20090501 中文摘要就业是民生之本、和谐之基,是构建和谐社会的前提和基础。大学生就业是我国就业问题中带有战略性的核心问题。2008年金融危机给中国民众带来了很多重大的影响,首当其冲的就是大学生就业问题。2009年全国高校毕业生超过 560万,近两年沉积的未就业的高校毕业生约有480万人,2009年需就业的大学生高达千万人。随着高等教育的扩招和职业教育的发展,高职毕业生的就业问题引起社会的广泛关注。而天津市的高职毕业生的就业问题也亟待解决。论文运用工商管理学科的知识和分析方法,在回顾总结我国职业教育的发展历史和现状基础上,通过对近年高职院校就业情况的调查统计,分析研究了当前国际和国内高职院校毕业生就业现状和特点,指出了高职院校毕业生就业中存在的矛盾与问题,并对此提出了若干建议。同时结合天津市高职院校的办学现状, 提出了对职业教育和就业指导等方面的可操作的具体方法和措施。论文突破了以往对高职毕业生就业问题研究中对于高职生与本科生就业情况的比较的方法,更加注重在目前的时代背景下,尤其是金融危机带来的就业困难的情况下,更有效地解决高职毕业生的就业问题。更加侧重高职院校的人才培养模式,采用市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生和用人单位双向选择;更加侧重对大学生创业的引导和指导,大力推进“无障碍就业”。希望对天津市高职毕业生的就业工作具有较强的借鉴和指导意义。关键词: 高职毕业生就业创业 ABSTRACT The Employment isthe foundation ofpeople’S livelihood and the basis of society’Sharmony,also the prerequisite and groundwork tothe construction of harmonious employment ofgraduates isthe core problem with the strategicproperty in our 2008,the finance crisisbrought Chinese people a which,the employmem ofgraduates ranks above population ofgraduates in2009 hasexceeded umulated millions ofcolleague graduates areunemployed,SO there are atotaloftens ofmillions ofgraduates are waiting theexpended enrollmem ofhigher education and thedevelopment ofvocational educations,theemployment ofsenior vocational school studentshasbeen arousing more concerns the employment problems ofTianjin seniorvocational school students deserve quick and effectivesolutions.
