文档介绍：陕西广播电视大学土木工程本科毕业论文论施工项目的安全控制专业:土木工程班级: 11 春土木工程学校:陕西广播电视大学陕西广播电视大学土木工程本科毕业论文建筑工程质量管理的现状及技术措施摘要: 纵观近年来建筑业的安全现状, 我们会发现存在很多问题。观其原因, 一方面是安全责任不明确,安全监督管理制度不健全,另一方面是施工企业内部管理弱化,尤其是施工现场管理存在漏洞,缺乏有效的安全防护措施,责任不落实,管理人员和操作人员未进行必要的教育培训,缺乏应有的安全技术常识,违章指挥,违规操作等。面对这样的现状我们应该从中找到问题的源头,去面对它、解决它。从而我们应该加强建筑施工现场的安全管理和施工现场事故控制, 做好各层之间的责任负责问题, 也应该完善一些政府的安全监督问题, 只有这样我们才觉得能解决一些施工当中的安全隐患,为我们的国家的经济建设及工人的自身安全作出贡献! 关键词: 建筑工程, 施工现场, 安全管理 Abstract : Observing the recent years safety situation s atc onstruction site , we will find many problems. Causalities accidents happened, which are also caused economic and property losses to the constructors. Investigating the reason s, on the one hand, it is because of the uncertain ty security responsibilit ies and unsound security supervisory system. On the other hand, it is due to the internal weakened management of constructors, especia lly the existing defective job site management, shortened safety protective measures, mitted responsibilit ies, un necessary train ings to the management staffs and operators, lack of necessary safety technical knowledge , m and and pliant operation etc. Regarding to such situation s, we should find out the root of the problems and seek effective methods for solving them. Therefore; we must strength en the site safety management and in cident s control, well arrange the responsibility implementation problems of related responsible persons and perfect the government oversight system. Only integrated use the mentioned approaches, can the safety risks hidden in the construction be solved and eliminated. Key words : construction engineering , construction site , safety management . 陕西广播电视大学土木工程本科毕业论文第一章“工程安全”的含义及导致工程安全事故的原因一.“工程安全”的含义工程安全在世界各国都是一个受到普遍关注的重要问题。广义的工程安全包含两个方面的含义:一方面是指工程建筑物本身的安全,即质量是否达到了合同要求、能否在设计规定的年限内安全使用,设计质量和施工质量直接影响到工程本身的安全,二者缺一不可;另一方面则是指在工程施工过程中人员的安全,特别是合同有关各方在现场工作人员的生命安全。《安全条例》中的“安全生产”以及本文中提到的“安全管理”均指后者。,但建设管理水平参差不齐,安全生产的管理和职工安全教育滞后,因而当前建设系统的安全形势非常严峻。 200 8年共发生工程安全事故 12
