摘   要：随着社会经济的快速发展和区域经济交往频繁和交通量急剧增长等问题，早期修建的高速公路的通行能力基本达到饱和状态，公路服务水平逐渐下降，已不能满足社会经济的发展和通行需求，因此早期修建的很多高速公路需要改扩建、大修。改扩建工程在施工期既要维持基本通行能力又要确保施工的安全，如何做好交通组织设计是保障改扩建工程顺利进行的重要工作。本文通过对交通组织设计的原则、影响因素等方面进行分析，提出了交通组织设计的方法。

Abstract: Along with the society economic of the economy of the fast development and district associate multifarious and the traffic volume nasty play growth etc. problem, the superhighway that fixed to set up went through the ability in early days basic attain the saturated appearance, the highway service level descends gradually, have already can't satisfy the society economy of development and went through the need, so a lot of superhighways that fixed to set ups needed to change the extension and fixed greatly in early to extend the engineering at start construction to expect since to maintain basic to go through the safety that the ability wants to insure the construction again, how work well the transportation organization design is the guarantee changes to extend the engineering smoothly progress of key text passes the principle, the influence factor...etc. that organizes the design to the tra
