摘 要
当下，社会经济高速发展，房地产市场是经济产业的核心，又关乎民生问题，其地位相当重要，而作为经济发展的中心，市房地产市场更是市场经济的重中之重。在市房地产快速发展的同时也难免带来一些问题，房价的波动首当其冲。本次课题研究主要是通过问卷调查的形式对市房地产价格的影响因素进行分析，以便把握市场现状，明确目前市房地产市场中存在的问题，并对此提出解决方案。
关键词：房地产市场；影响因素；调查问卷；需求量
ABSTRACT
At present, the rapid development of society and economy, the real estate market is the core of the national economy industry, but also the people's livelihood, and its important status, and Beijing as the center of economic development, Beijing City real estate market is the priority among priorities of the market economy. In Beijing City real estate rapid development at the same time will inevitably bring some the problem of price fluctuation. This research is mainly through the analysis of questionnaire on Influencing Factors of real estate price in Beijing City, in order to grasp the market situation, clear the current Beijing City real estate market problems, and puts forward the solutions.
