摘要： 随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,城市机动车辆数量迅速增加，城市汽车“停车难”的现象已十分普遍。充分利用地下空间，建设各种类型的地下停车库是综合考虑“环境质量、快速便捷、经济合理、安全管理”等因素的最佳途径。在有限的土地条件下, 如何把地下停车库设计得更科学、合理，已显得十分重要与迫切。本论文针对高层建筑地下停车库设计相关问题进行了分析。

Abstract: with the rapid development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban motor vehicle increased rapidly, city car "parking" phenomenon has become widespread. Make full use of underground space, the construction of the various types of underground parking is comprehensive consideration of the "environmental quality, fast and convenient, reasonable economy, safety management" of the factors such as best way. In the limited land condition, how to put the underground parking design more scientific and reasonable, it appears very important and urgent. This paper in high-rise building underground parking design related problems are analyzed.

一、 前言
我国大中城市用地十分紧张，开发地下空间作为地下停车库可以获得大量停车位，减少车辆对地面景观的干扰，而且有利于进行停车管理。在不增加地面建筑密度和绿化率的前提下，不仅可以将地面上的区域更多地建设成为绿化及休闲活动区域，还可以利用地下车库作为人防区域及布置配电室、水池等附属配套设施，起到一库多用的目的。本文根据几年来设计实践的探索，结合广州某高层建筑地下停车库的方案，分析了高层建筑地下停车库设计的特点要素，并提出一些可行的设计方法。
二、高层建筑地下停车库的设计要素
（一）结合地面建筑考虑地下空间的布局
高层建筑地下停车场布局受地面以上建筑的影响较大。建筑布局、建筑轴网、结构体系及延伸至地下的垂直消防交通系统都会对停车场的布局造成干扰。所以必须把地上地下统一考虑，尽可能把停车场集中在一个整体空间中，以提高相同面积下的停车数量。
