摘要

本文根据供应链质量管理的特点以质量管理理论为基础针对以生产企业
为核心的供应链管理提出了对上游供应商实施全面质量管理的八项准则并依
次对应阐述了每一项准则下的管理策略这八项准则为
4 .立足预防 5 .注重过程 6 .追求零缺陷 8 .合作交
流通过实施这八项准则核心企业就能够达到对供应商进行全面质量管理的目
的此外核心企业除了针对供应商进行科学的质量管理外要保证产品的质量
还需要加强自身的建设本文在此方面也对核心企业提出了要求

Abstract
Eight principles of supplier quality management pursuing TQM are put forward
based on the theory of applying quality management to supply chain. The directing
behavior of quality management in supply chain is assumed to be performed by core
enterprises in this paper. Management strategies are listed in accordance with each
principle. The Eight Principles of TQM: 1. Define quality in terms of customers and
their requirements. 2. Pursue quality at the source. 3. Stress objective rather than
subjective analysis. 4. Emphasize prevention rather than detection of defects. 5. Focus
on process rather than output. 6. Strive for zero defects. 7. Establish continuous
improvement as a way of life. 8. Make quality everyone's responsibility. By
complying these principles, company can realize TQM in supply chain management
with self-development also. The requirements on the core enterprise are listed in the
end.
