摘要
中国加入 WTO 后按照开放银行业的承诺对外资银行在经营业务和设立地域
等方面的限制正在逐步取消这将促进银行业服务市场的飞速发展同时也使中资
银行面临激烈的竞争和市场挑战因此中资银行如何赢得挑战提高自己的竞争
力就成为一个异常迫切而严重的问题本文试图对这个现实问题做出回答
本文建立于对中外资银行现实情况的分析基础上通过对中外资银行的竞争
力进行分析比较总结了中外资银行的优劣势并详细分析了中外资银行的
竞争策略
本文分析了国有商业银行竞争力不足的深层次原因并且从国有商业银行股份
制改革的现实基础出发提出了提高国有商业银行竞争力的对策作者分析了股份
制改革的优势上市与公司治理的根本目的重点提出了相应的公司治理方面的实
施建议作者还就中国银行业的外部环境因素做了具体分析提出在法律银行从
业制度等不断改革的形势下我们应大力发展国有商业银行的中间业务并且给出
了发展中间业务的具体建议
笔者论证了中资银行今后赢得竞争的胜利条件能够改善机制深化股份制改
革同时加强创新或者同步模仿外资银行提供的金融产品使得客户无从或者很
难区别外资银行发出的服务承诺而我们又能够利用我们广泛的网点优势本土经
营优势及国家信誉优势

Abstract
After China joined WTO, according to the promise of open bank field, the restriction
for the bank of foreign capital, which mainly focus on mercial and region of
establishment and etc, is canceling step by step, this will promote the development of bank
service market fast, meantime it also make mercial banks face with intense
competition and challenge of market. Therefore, how the mercial bank win the
challenge, improving one's petitiveness es an unusually urgent and
serious problem, the paper attempts to answer this realistic circumstance.
The paper bases on the analysis to the reality of the mercial bank and
foreign capital bank, through the analysis parison to petitiveness of Sino
commercial bank and foreign capital bank, summarize their strength and weakness, and
have analyzed petitive strategies of the mercial bank and foreign capital
bank concretely.
The paper has analyzed the profound reason why petitiveness of state-run
commercial bank is inferior, and proceeding from realistic foundation of the joint-equity
reform, author give the countermeasure of improving petitiveness of state-run
commercial bank. The papers has analyzed the advantage of the joint-equity reform, listed
the ultimate target of launch and Corporate governance, and have put forward the
corresponding sugg
