摘要近年来,随着国内各种类型机床改造需求的扩大,机床改造已经逐渐形成了一个产业,其中绝大部分是数控机床的改造,我们毕业设计组选择了QKA1212数控管螺纹车床主轴箱设计作为我们毕业设计的课题。
设计的目的:提高机床的自动化程度,提高机床生产率及加工成品的一致性,降低操作者劳动强度,降低机床对操作者熟练程度的要求。以数控机床为代表的数控设备的生产与应用水平反映了一个。它的推广应用对提高劳动生产率和产品质量,改变我国制造技术落后的状况起着极为重要的作用。
本篇关于QKA1212数控管螺纹车床主箱设计,重点论述齿轮传动材料、热处理方式、精度等级的选择,如何根据强度条件初步计算出齿轮的分度圆直径或模数,计算出齿轮的主要几何尺寸并设计齿轮结构,并绘制出零件工作图。

Abstract In recent years, transformed the demand along with the domestic various types molding machine bed the expansion, the engine bed transforms gradually had already formed an industry, the major part was numerically-controlled machine tool's transformation, we graduated the design team to choose the QKA1212 numerical control pipe thread lathe headstock intermediate gear's design to take our graduation project the topic.
Design goal: Enhances engine bed's automaticity, raises the engine bed productivity and the processing end product uniformity, reduces the operator labor intensity, reduces the engine bed to the operator level of expertise request. Has reflected a national machinery and the electronics industry level take the numerically-controlled machine tool as representative's numerical control equipment's production and the application level. Its promoted application to raises the labor productivity and the product quality, changes our country technique of manufacture backward condition to play the great importance the role.
