摘要
随着贸易一体化以及经济自由化的不断加强全球贸易保护主义的势力也进
一步加强倾销与反倾销成为国际贸易的焦点问题之一中国作为全球最大的发
展中国家以及主要贸易国也深受其害尤其是进入 20 世纪 90 年代以来不仅
欧美等发达国家频繁对我国实施反倾销调查而且一些发展中国家也对我国发
起了反倾销诉讼加入 WTO 以后中国的产品将会大量进入其他成员国遭遇
反倾销调查的风险也加大很多如何采用适当的策略来减低反倾销带来的伤害成
为我国企业迫切需要解决的问题
本文在介绍了 WTO 框架下的贸易救济手段以及倾销与反倾销的理论的基础
上针对我国尤其是广东省遭受反倾销的现状受到的伤害以及原因做了深入的
分析并从企业与政府的角度提出了应对反倾销的策略

Research on Strategies against Foreign Anti-dumping
for Enterprises in Guangdong Province

Abstract
With the constant enhancement of global trade integration and economic
liberalization, the force of global protectionism has been strengthening further.
Dumping and anti-dumping e one of the focal problems in international trade.
As the biggest developing and main trading country in the world, China is deeply
suffering from this problem. Especially since the beginning of 1990s, not only
developed countries, such as , and so on, but also some developing
countries have been frequently carried out anti-dumping investigation against Chinese
enterprises. With the accession to the WTO, Chinese products will flow into other
member countries more easily, at the same time, the risk encountering anti-dumping
investigation will e much higher. Therefore, to adopt proper strategies to reduce
injuries caused by anti-dumping has e extremely urgent for our native
enterprises.
This thesis, basic on the introduction of Relieving Measures under WTO Frame
and the theories of dumping and anti-dumping, deeply analyzes the current situations,
the reasons and the injuries of foreign anti-dumping for our native enterprises,
especially in Guangdong Province, and researches strategies against foreign
anti-dumping in terms of enterprise and government.
