摘 要: 本研究采取分层整群抽样方法选择972名大学生被试进行问卷调查,利用探索性原因 分析和验证性原因分析方法,探讨大学生评价体育老师教学效果的结构。结果表明:大学生 评价体育老师教学效果含有多维性特征,详细组成原因分为学习效果,人际友好,师生互动 ,考试/教学量,教学清楚性和教学热情。体育老师和一般学科老师教学效果评价结构存在 差异,学生在“知识宽度”和“作业/阅读材料”方面对体育老师的要求低于学科老师。对 体育教学效果的评价不但包含运动知识和技能的掌握,更重视学生运动爱好的养成和自觉锻 炼意识的培养,表现了新时期体育教育观念的转变。

A Research on the Evaluation System of the Course TeachingEffect in High Education Institutes

Abstract: This research used the lamination group sampling method by selecting 972 undergr aduate students to carry on the questionnaire survey, and made the use of the ex ploring factor analysis and the confirmation factor analysis method to discuss t he structure that the undergraduate students evaluate their teachers’ teac hi ng effect. The result shows that the evaluation system is multidimensional. Itconcludes six factors, namely, the study effect, relations, the teacher�studen t interaction, the test/teaching quantity, the teaching clarity and the passionof teaching.
