企业文化与伦理价值

摘要
市场经济深入发展的实践，日益向人们揭示出一个企业成功与持续发展的真
谛：企业文化起着越来越重要的作用。企业伦理是指调整本企业与其它企业之间、
企业与顾客之间、企业内部职工之间关系的行为规范的总和。它是从伦理关系的
角度，以善与恶、公与私、荣与辱、诚实与虚伪等道德范畴为标准来评价和规范
企业。
本文试图展示组织伦理价值作为企业文化的重要因素，在许多国家如伊朗。
