中图分类号： 文件标识码：B 文章编号： 1004-597X(2021)12-0076-02 摘要 脑出血是中老年人的常见病、多发病，老年人因为脑血管壁粥样硬化，致使血管壁狭窄，在情绪激动、精神担心、血压升高等诱因的影响下，造成脑血管破裂，产生颅内压增高和脑水肿，造成病人猛烈的头痛、喷射性呕吐、昏迷和偏瘫。因本病发病急、死亡率高、并发症多，护理工作尤为主要，我院多年来收治脑出血病人100多例，在护理这类病人中，笔者有几点切身体会供同行们参考。�

Abstract the cerebral hemorrhage is middle-aged person"s and old person"s common disease, the frequently-occurring disease, the senior citizen as a result of the blood vessel of brain wall gruel type hardening, causes the blood pipe wall narrowly, in the mood excited, mental strain, the blood pressure rises the higher cause under the influence, creates the blood vessel of brain to burst, has the cerebrospinal fluid pressure to advance with hydro-cephalus, causes the patient fierce headache, to spray the nature to vomit, the stupor and the hemiparalysis. Because this sickness sends, the mortality rate critically ill high, the illness complication many, nurses the work especially to be important, my courtyard for many years has admitted the cerebral hemorrhage patient more than 100 examples, in nurses in this kind of patient, the author has several points of intimate understanding to refer for the colleagues. �
