摘要：本文以财务风险为研究对象，以财务安全为目标进行系统而有条理的研究分析探讨。文章首先从企业财务风险的概念入手进行研究与分析，在此基础上再从企业财务风险可能产生的原因及危害分析，再进一步探讨财务风险的控制与防范的举措，最后再分析对于控制财务风险确保财务安全的实际意义，是企业管理一定不能忽略财务管理及其财务风险的管理，使企业能够降低企业的财务风险，保证企业能够正常合理的运行。研究表明，风险管理已成为财务管理中的至关重要的问题。科学管理是现代企业制度的重要内容，加强企业的科学管理特别是财务管理，是企业建立规范的现代管理制度、转换经营机制、实现持续快速健康发展的根本途径，也是财务部门的一项长期任务。企业的财务安全关系到一个企业是否能够持续经营下去，而且不受或者受经济危机冲击最小。而一个企业财务是否处于安全状态，完全取决于企业的财务风险管理之中。

Abstract: This article take the financial risk as the object of study, carries on the system take the financial security as the goal to have orderliness research analysis discussion. The article first obtains from the business finance risk's concept to conduct the research and the analysis, based on this again the reason which and the harm analysis possibly produces from the business finance risk, further discusses the financial risk again the control and the guard action, finally analyzes again regarding the control financial risk guaranteed that the financial security the practical significance, is the business management cannot certainly neglect the financial control and the financial risk management, enables the enterprise to reduce enterprise's financial risk, the guarantee enterprise can the normal reasonable movement. The research indicated that the risk management has become in the financial control the very important question. The scientific management is modern enterprise system's important content, strengthens enterprise's scientific management is the financial control specially, is the enterprise establishes the standard the modern control system, the transformation management mechanism, to realize continues the fast healthy development the basic way, is also a Finance department's long-range mission.
