摘要
会计职业道德规，是指在会计职业活动中应遵循的、体现会计职业特征，并运用道德观念调整会计人员在会计活动中所形成的相互关系的行为原则和规的总和，是一般社会道德在会计业务活动中的具体体现。文章对会计职业道德相关的容做了阐述，提出了我国现阶段会计职业道德所面临的问题，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract
Accounting professional ethics, it is to point to in the accounting profession should follow and reflect the accounting professional characteristics, and use moral adjustment of accounting personnel in accounting activities of the relationship between the behavior of the sum of principles and norms, is generally the concrete embodiment of social ethics in the accounting business activities. Articles of accounting professional ethics related to the content, proposed our country at present the problems faced by the accounting professional ethics, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

绪论
恩格斯曾经指出,每个行业都有自己的职业道德。作为一名会计人员在会计职业生活中应形成怎样的会计职业道德意识呢?有人说:“会计人,因长于计算,所以精深；因职业禀赋,所以正直；因事务繁杂,所以勤勉；因责任重大,所以端赖高贵的灵魂。”这里所说的灵魂就是人们常说的会计职业道德。随着经济的发展，会计职业道德的缺失越来越收到人们的关注，如何提升会计人员的职业道德，如何是经济市场更有秩序，经济更好的发展，这值得我们思考和探讨。
