摘要：水利工程测量管理主要是介于工程设计与工程施工之间的项 目，因此，工程测量质量与整体工程之间有着紧密的联系。若在水利工程 测量的过程中，出现了工程测量的管理问题，就会为水利工程的建立造成 严重的影响。文章通过水利工程测量管理不足问题的分析，对水利工程测 量管理提出了优化策略，旨在实现水利工程测量项目的综合性发展。
Abstract： Water conservancy engineering surveying management is the project mainly between engineering design and engineering construction. Therefore , engineering measurement quality is closely linked with the overall project. In the process of water conservancy engineering surveying, if the engineering surveying has management problems, it will cause serious influence for the establishment of the water conservancy project. Through analyzing the shortage of the water conservancy projects measurement management, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy for the measurement of water conservancy project management to realize the comprehensive development of water conservancy engineering surveying project.

0引言
现阶段，在水利工程测量管理实践中，由于一些因素的限制，导致水 利工程的测量管理出现了一定的不足，例如，水利工程测量人数不足，技 术人员专业素质较低，测量仪器落后等，这些现象的出现都会为水利工程 的测量结果造成制约性的影响。因此，管理人员应该充分认识到水利工程 测量存在的问题，建立优化的解决方案，从而为水利工程经济化的发展提 供科学化的依据。
1水利工程测量管理现状的分析
