1、农业投入高速增长
化肥:0~3000万吨
农药:0~66万吨
拖拉机:0~8300万千瓦
农电:0~2173亿千瓦时
2、人均粮食占有量持续上升,各种农产品供应充足
粮食:1949年:11318万吨,1998年:51230万吨
肉类:1949年:220万吨, 2002年:6586万吨
水产品:1949年:52万吨, 2002年:4564万吨
农业产出增速明显高于同期的美。
中国农业能以世界9%的耕地养活了22%的人口,可以说是世界近代农业发展的佼佼者,令全世界注目。

农业标准的基本概念
农业标准:为在农业生产、经营范围内获得最佳秩序,对农业活动或其结
果规定共同的和重复使用的规则、指导原则或特性的文件;该
文件经协商一致制定并经一个公认的机构批准。
农业标准的含义:
1、目的:在农业生产经营范围内获得最佳秩序、促进最大社会效益
2、范围:一个企业、一个地区、一个国家(区域)或全球
3、本质属性:统一的规定。“统一”应是必要的、合理的;客观事物若
不需要统一,不必制定标准。
4、对象:为实现某种目的所进行的农业生产、管理、经营活动或其结果
5、农业标准是协商一致的产物(非领导意志)。协商原则:获得最佳秩序、
促进最大社会效益为目标
6、农业标准的基础:农业成熟的科学技术和经验
7、农业标准有固定的格式(GB/)和制定、发布程序
