Abstract
Through the analysis of the cultural philosophy and operation effect in the design and manage-
ment of the Swiss railway station, this paper rethinks the key to the inefficient problems of the
railway station in China. Moreover, in this paper we proposed reform advice on people’s initiative
of self-management, public order and policy design, aiming at maximizing efficiency of operation,
management of railway resources and achieving target of traffic power.
