摘要：伴随科技的发展、社会的进步、人民生活水平的提升、生活观念和生活方法的改变、要求建造住房的快速性、住房的个性和住房绿色环境保护性全部被提到了议事日程。堪称“绿色结构”的钢结构住宅就是其主流产品。钢结构住宅的建造如同装配一台机床、组装一辆汽车，这么的速度确实令人难以想象。但从现在形势来看，这种从工厂流水线上走下来的钢结构住宅将是中国住宅发展的方向。本文简明叙述了钢结构住宅在我国外的发展概况及其优越性，并就中国以后发展钢结构住宅所面临的问题和发展前景提出了部分见解。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the progress of the society, the improvement of people"s living standard, the concept of life and lifestyle changes, requiring the construction of housing, housing rapid personality as well as the housing green environmental protection are mentioned in the schedule. It is called "green" structure of the steel structure housing is the mainstream products. The steel structure residential building Taiwan as a machine tool assembly, the assembly of a vehicle, this speed really unimaginable. But judging from the current situation, the steel structure housing the go down the line from the factory will be the direction of residential development in china. This paper discusses the development of steel structure residential building at home and abroad and its superiority, and some opinions on the future development of the steel structure housing the problems and prospects.
