文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要随着我国城市建设和工业经济的迅猛发展,全国各大城市相继实施了工业企业搬迁战略。企业迁移决策对企业来说是一项重大决策,迁移的整个过程规划和迁入地的选择对企业有着重要的影响。因此,如何科学、合理地对企业迁移决策研究对提升企业的整体竞争力有积极的作用。本文首先对国内外企业的迁移研究现状作了总结,并提出本文的研究重点为SK公司企业迁移过程中的选址决策分析。其次,在对SK公司选址决策的目标和其行业竞争环境分析的基础上,提出候选城市筛选的关键条件,并择选出三个与SK公司发展战略和投资规模相适应的目标城市。接下来,对影响企业选址决策的因素进行了分析,建立关于成本优势、资源充裕性、地理位置优势、政治和环境优越性和可持续发展性的选址影响因素评价模型。应用层次分析法和模糊综合分析法,分析各城市综合评价结果,经比较后得出最佳迁移区位。最后,对SK公司选址结果作定性分析。在建立评价模型和运用模糊综合评价的方法分析过程中,将多因素影响的复杂选址问题,通过建立数学模型和模糊运算,转化成可以量化比较的结论。让企业认清了影响选址决策的主要影响因素,这些可以被借鉴用于类似问题的分析研究,对企业选址决策有较强的指导意义。关键词:企业迁移;选址决策;层次分析法;模糊综合分析法西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract With therapiddevelopment ofCh_ina'scity construction andindustrialeconomy,many major citiesintheCountry have implemented aseriesofindustrialenterprise relocation decision-making is a11important decision;the whole process ofmigration planning andthe selectionoftherelocating placehave asignificant impact to the ,how to scientific and rational research on migration decision-making willhave apositive effect on improve the petitiveness of enterprises.
