文档介绍：,我国风景区的开发度己远远高于国外的国家公园,风景区工程建设管理的问题多多。风景区的超载开发造***工设施泛滥和严重的环境污染。多年来,景区工程建设的管理模式没有明确的政企定位,利益协调困难重重, 已不能满足市场经济下的资源保护和人民群众的精神文化需求。“风景区工程建设的管理模式"的研究已迫在眉睫。本文分析了风景区建设工程项目的管理特点,探讨了国家政府资本和民营资本在建设工程项目中的管理模式,对江苏省南通市狼山、军山、剑山风景名胜区、苏州拙政园建设工程管理模式的实例进行剖析,得出自己的研究结论: 在我国社会主义初级阶段,政府财政资金严重短缺,在加强风景区工程建设的科学规划和政府监管,设置风景区工程建设开发底线的前提下,政府和民营企业联合进行风景区工程建设开发是一条适合我国现阶段风景名胜区建设工程的管理模式。最后,作者讨论了目前我国风景名胜区建设工程管理中存在的问题,提出今后我国风景名胜区的建设工程管理中的发展战略,以促进风景名胜区的建设工程管理事业更快更好地发展。关键词:风景区,工程,管理模式 Abstract According tothe current situation,the development ofChina’Sscenicspots has been much higher thanthatofmany other foreign national are anumber ofproblems intheengineering construction management ofChina’S scenicspots.
