文档介绍:芍药甘草配伍化学变化研究芍药甘草配伍化学变化研究更新日期: 2011-09-20 点击: 王静蓉马琮瑜严永清朱丹妮摘要: 对白芍药与甘草配伍水煎液进行了 TLC 分析, 检查了芍药甙、甘草酸、甘草黄酮类成分的变化。进一步用 HPLC 方法测定了不同比例白芍与生甘草、炙甘草配伍后水煎液中芍药甙、甘草酸的含量。结果发现:与单味白芍水煎液相比,白芍与甘草以 3∶1,2∶1 比例配伍, 芍药甙含量基本无变化; 比例为 1∶1时, 芍药甙含量略有下降。甘草与芍药配伍后,甘草酸含量较单味甘草水煎液略低。 HPLC 检测发现配伍组水煎液沉淀中仅含微量芍药甙,基本不含甘草酸。关键词:芍药;甘草;芍药甙;甘草酸; 配伍分类号: 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1008-0805(2000)02-0102-03 Chemical Changes patibility of White Peony Root and Liquorice WANG Jing-rong, MA Cong-yu, YAN Yong-qing, ZHU Dan-ni (Department plex Prescription of Traditional Medicine, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing , Jiangsu 210038, China) Abstract : Chemical changes due patibility of White Peony Root and Liquorice were studied preliminarily using TLC method. Paeoniflorin(PE), glycyrrhizie acid(GA) and flavonoids in Liquorice were examined respectively. HPLC method was further employed for determining content of PE and GA in different patibility groups. The results indicated paring with single Peony group PE content didn't change in group of ratio 3∶1 and 2∶1 while reduced slightly in group of ratio 1∶ 1. GA contents in different groups were found lower than that of single Liquorice. Deposit produced from decorate solution after filtering were also analyzed. HPLC detection indicated that there only little GA and trace PE contained in deposit. Key words : White Paeony root ; Liquorice ; Paeoniflorin ; Glycyrrhizic ; Compatibility ▲
