摘要:在现代制造业中, 高速的数控加工技术已成为各种精密零件机械加工的主要手段, 。通过实例阐述该软件在高速切削方面的应用,讲解了其加工路径的设计和加工过程的模拟。探讨了高速切削时对***的要求、切削用量的选择及高速加工的几种加工策略,对高速粗加工和精加工数控编程特点和方法进行分析。合理选用CIMATRON系统提供的编程策略,以获得完美的走刀路径,生成优化的数控加工程序,发挥高速切削的优势,在此基础上概括出了高速切削自动编程系统的关键技术,并提出了在高速切削加工过程中应该注意的问题。

Cimatron high-speed cutting NC programming strategy and case studies
Abstract: In the modern manufacturing industry,High-speed digital processing technology has become parts of the main mean for a variety of precision application of CAD and CAM is one of the key technologies to high speed cutting(HSC)。In the paper,the function and advantages of High Speed Machining in Cimatron software are explained。The application of Cimatron in Mold manufacture is stated by a real instance,its path design and its processing simulation are analyzed, It also discusses the requirement of cutting-tools and how to select the cuttingparameters Some methods for high speed and high accuracy machining are described in HSM. Last to explain the programming method and character for coarse or accurate system to provide a reasonable choice of programming strategy To get the perfect path, make the optimization of production processes to the advantages of high-speed the basis of these researches,this paper put forward some problems that should be taken care of in the high-speed NC manufacture and summarised the key technology on NC automatic programming system for HSM is summed up at last.
