文档介绍:本科毕业设计学院船舶与海洋工程专业船舶与海洋工程姓名班级学号指导教师二零一零年六月散货船上层建筑整体吊装强度有限元分析 FE analysis plete lifting and mounting of bulk carrier superstructure I 摘要船舶上层建筑整体吊装是船舶建造中的一项新工艺。它对扩大作业面,改善劳动强度,提高生产率,缩短船舶建造周期、降低造船成本等具有很大的意义[1]。随着船舶日益大型化,预舾装程度的不断提高,上层建筑的整体尺寸越来越大,重量越来越重。如何克服结构重,尺度大,刚性小是摆在大型船舶上层建筑整体吊装面前的一大难题。本论文以 176000t 散货船上层建筑整体吊装为研究对象,设计合理的吊装方案, 利用 MSC/PATRAN 和 MSC/NASTRAN 软件, 对该上层建筑进行有限元建模、网格划分,根据研究对象的不同,分为两种工况,分别对该上层建筑结构和吊排结构进行加载、约束处理、仿真计算、强度分析,并通过对计算结果的分析与研究,对该船上层建筑体吊装时的结构强度特点、吊装方案、临时加强措施等进行分析总结, 并进一步提出优化建议。关键词:上层建筑;吊装;有限元; II Abstract Ship superstructure integral hoisting isa new technology of shipbuilding. It has great significance for expanding its operation area, improving the labor intensity, improving productivity, reducing ship construction cycle and reducing shipbuilding costs. As the ships e increasingly larger, the overall size of the superstructure is also growing, how to e the structural weightier, size larger, rigid littler is the major problem placed in front of the large ship superstructure integral lifting. This paper use 176000t bulk superstructure integral hoisting as researching object, designing reasonable scheme of lifting, using MSC/Patran and MSC/Nastran, finite element modeling of the superstructure, mesh. We can divide it into two conditions of ship superstructure and crane row by difference researching object, then loading, constraining processing, simulation calculation, strength analyzing, to hang row structural strength analysis, and the numerical results of analysis and research on the boat integral hoisting of high-rise building structure strength characteristics, lifting scheme, temporary measures etc. Are analyzed and summarized, and puts forward Suggestions on how to optimize Keyword : Superstructure , Lifting , Finite element III 目录第一章绪论.......................................................................................... 1 研究意义及背景.......................................................................................................... 1
