摘要
刨煤机是一种集采煤和运煤于一体的采掘机械。随着国家煤炭量的减少，薄煤层的开采已成为新的开发资源。对刨煤机进行研究设计同时可以使我国炭能源得到合理高效的开采。刨煤机作为薄煤层开采的采掘机械的发展越来越重要。然而自动化刨煤机基本被国外垄断，国产刨煤机面临巨大的挑战。
本文通过对滑行式刨煤机研究为例，对滑行式刨煤机的工况参数例如：刨深、刨速以及受力和刨头结构进行研究设计。刨头是刨煤机的主要工作机构，具有区别于其它机械的一个重要技术特征。刨头由刨链牵引进行刨削，所以刨链工作时的松紧程度直接影响刨煤机的工作性能。紧链装置是为了保持牵引链具有合适的松紧程度，以及拆装牵引链的需要，刨煤机应设有紧链装置，所以对其研究设计具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract
The coal plough is one kind of mining machine that include collecting mining coal and transporting the coal in a body's mining equipment. As countries coal-more reduce, shallow coal seams have become the new development resource. Study design to plow head can also make our carbon energy get reasonable effectivly mining. The coal plough which stand for the mining machinery's development is getting more and more important. However automated coal plough basically by overseas monopoly, domestically produced coal plough faced with huge challenge.
This article through to set the sliding plough as an example,the dissereation has carried on the study about the working condition parameter of the coal plough-cutting depth ,planing rate,the struction of the plow head and force analysis. The plow head is coal plough's prime task organization, which has distinguishes between the other machinery's important technical feature .Plow head on cutting by planer chain traction, so the plane chain reasonable directly influence degree plough performance. Hydraulic tight chain device is to keep the traction chain has an appropriate tightness degree, and disassembling the need of traction chain, shaver with tight chain should plow in its research, so device design has the extremely vital significance.
