文档介绍：,Y908797 论文题目:我国银行信贷资产证券化问题研究专业:金融学研究生:邹玉明指导教师:朴明根教授摘要资产证券化在国外已是一项比较成熟的金融工具,使用相当普遍,融资规模已相当可观。在我国,就信贷资产证券化而言,还只是刚刚起步,甚至可以说还没有正式起步。从总体上来说,信贷资产证券化对于改善我国银行的资产负债结构,提高经营管理水平具有重大意义。但是信贷资产证券化要走上规范化发展道路必须要有相关的制度作为保证。我国正处在经济转型期,市场经济的各项制度还不完善,信贷资产证券化作为系统工程,牵涉到多方面的复杂关系,要顺利实施证券化,有许多工作要做,任重而道远。正是基于上述考虑, 本文在宏观层面上对资产证券化的基本原理与制度设计进行了综合性论述,对信贷资产证券化在我国实施的必要性与面临的制度障碍进行了较为详细的阐述。在微观层面上,采用定量分析方法,着重研究了利率变化与证券化风险的关系,比较了银行选择证券化工具的成本收益状况,以及分析了证券化参与主体在证券化市场形成的博弈关系问题。本文共分五个部分。第一部分主要讨论了资产证券化基本原理与制度设计, 重点分析了资产证券化资产重组、风险隔离、信用增级原理以及参与主体、运作流程等问题。第二部分分析了我国银行实行资产证券化的必要性。第三部分讨论我国信贷资产证券化的制度障碍及其改革途径。第四部分对资产证券化风险、收益进行实证分析,研究微观主体的行为选择问题。第五部分提出我国开展信贷资产证券化的构想与政策建议。关键词:信贷资产证券化制度障碍利率风险博弈分析 RESEARCH oN TlⅢCREDIT ASSET SECURITIZATIoN oF CHINA’S BANK ABsTRACT Asset辩curitization isa姑nd offinancial toolwhich isvery matu件ove玮嘲s.
