摘 要:以某推轮已磨损的左右尾轴轴颈修理为例,介绍了采用热喷涂技术修理尾轴时涂层制备方法及涂层材料的选择、涂层厚度的确定、热喷涂主要工艺过程及涂层加工等有关技术问题。该方法具有可靠、快速、经济的优点,可供修理船舶尾轴等轴类零件的维修人员参考。

Application of High Velocity Arc Spraying
in Repairing of Marine Tail shafts

Abstract: With an example of repairing of the worn left and right tail shafts of a vessel, the choice of coating fabrication methods and coating materials, main thermal spraying processes and coating machining were introduced in this paper. This technique possesses the advantages of reliability, short repair period and low cost. This provides reference for persons in charge of repairing marine tail shaft and other shaft components.

船舶尾轴是船舶轴系的重要组成部分,它的工作状况直接关系到船舶运行的安全性,当尾轴产生严重磨损、腐蚀及划伤时,就必须对其进行修理。尾轴的拆验须在船坞内(或船台上)进行,修理工期长、费用大,往往影响整个船舶的修理工期,因此如何快速、可靠、经济地对磨损的尾轴进行修理一直为修船企业所重视[1]。
某长江推轮为二机二桨推进系统,其尾轴长度为4500mm,首轴承长度为300mm,尾轴承长度为370mm,,相应轴承孔的直径分别为Φ94.,它们的配合间隙为1.02mm及1.83mm。,相应轴承孔的直径分别为Φ93.,。该船尾轴承采用油润滑,要求轴颈与轴孔之间的配合间隙为0.4mm。由此可见:尾轴轴颈与孔的间隙已严重
