文档介绍：湖南师范大学硕士学位论文休闲农业发展模式研究姓名:帅娅娟申请学位级别:硕士专业:旅游管理指导教师:徐飞雄 20080501 摘要我国休闲农业的发展尚处于初级阶段,其主要表现是大多数休闲农业点的开发与经营都缺少科学规划、特色不鲜明、主题不突出、旅游产品单一、经营缺乏规范性,服务质量不高。因此,对我国休闲农业发展的一些问题进行研究是很有必要的。本文在对日本、德国、新加坡、荷兰等国家及我国台湾地区的休闲农业发展模式进行分析、研究的基础上,对我国休闲农业发展模式的类型以及我国休闲农业发展模式所存在的若干问题进行了比较具体的分析,并就我国国内休闲农业发展模式的变化趋势及完善措施进行了一定的探讨,试图在理论上和实践上为我国休闲农业发展模式的完善提出一些有益的见解。本文认为,以休闲农业经营主题为标准,我国主要的休闲农业发展模式将是:①风景观赏型休闲农业发展模式;②康体型休闲农业发展模式;③商务娱乐型休闲农业发展模式。我国休闲农业发展模式的完善有赖于针对不同的模式采取不同的措施,譬如对于农务参与型休闲农业发展模式,应进行设施型与特色型的兼顾规划,对闲置农业用地进行集中开发,对城市居民实行土地租赁;对于乡土民俗体验型休闲农业发展模式,经营管理部门应积极挖掘农业内在的文化底蕴和休闲特质,增加乡土民俗体验型休闲农业产品组合的广度和深度;对于科普教育型休闲农业发展模式,应进行系统化、人性化的科学规划。关键词:休闲农业;发展模式;经营主题;措施。 ABSTRACT Because thedevelopment ofRural Tourism in our country is be placed in the entry-level stage,the Rural Tourism of our country maj orities are allinneed of thescience programming,management the absurdity,the topic is not outstanding,the servicequality is additionthe tour product in our country issingle,the special featuresis not text carries on theanalysis and studies tothe Developing Models ofRural Tourism ofJapan,Germany,Singapore and our countryTaiwan,tallying up a ess development theproblem ofDeveloping Models ofRural Tourism of our country development exist of the problem carries on the concrete analysis, recreationally researching theDeveloping Models of Rural Tourism,The variety trend and perfect measure of Developing Models of Rural Tourism thatin our country alsocarded on toput forward some beneficial views withTheoretically andpractice top pletion ofDeveloping Models ofRuralTourism in our country.
