文档介绍：中国海洋大学硕士学位论文烟台休闲渔业开发研究姓名:张巧莲申请学位级别:硕士专业:旅游管理指导教师:陈娟 201206 烟台休闲渔业开发研究摘要休闲渔业是一种新型产业,它的兴起与发展是渔业产业结构调整的战略要求,是实现渔业可持续发展的战略要求,休闲渔业结合其他产业诸如休闲、旅游、餐饮、娱乐等的发展,给社会带来了巨大的经济影响、社会影响和生态影响,对区域经济发展和社会安定具有非常重要的意义。近些年烟台市休闲渔业发展势头迅猛,全市休闲渔业企业发展多达33家,形成了以垂钓为主,特色餐饮、渔家乐、养殖观赏等多种类型共同发展的格局,拉动了交通运输、餐饮、海产品销售等众多行业,串联起整个“海上游”产业链,年效益高达7000万元,获得了极大的经济、社会、生态效益. 文章的第二部分主要分析与休闲渔业相关的理论基础,休闲渔业包含休闲、与休闲有关的旅游、渔业等要素,所以依托本文研究思路的理论基础就涉及到休闲、休闲旅游等相关理论,包含有休闲理论、休闲城市理论、休闲渔业理论、区域休闲旅游系统理论。在理论架构基础上,本文对烟台市的休闲渔业进行$WOT 分析,这也就是本文的第三部分,通过研究烟台市休闲渔业的发展现状,找寻其中存在的问题,对烟台市发展休闲渔业的优劣势、机遇与挑战进行更为细致深入的探究。分析过后,本文在第四部分对烟台市休闲渔业的发展思路进行探讨并提出可供参考的意见与措施,主要涉及到渔业资源、经营模式、人才培养等方面。文章的第五部分以烟台市休闲渔业发展较为成熟的长岛县作为案例进行研究,运用定性分析对长岛县休闲渔业发展存在的问题进行详细解剖,并从其实际出发提出自己的解决思路。最后,作者对休闲渔业的发展趋势做了简单总结并提出了自己的看法。关键词:休闲渔业 SffOT对策 Study on the deve opment of e su re fshe ry n Yanta Abstract Recreational fishery iS a new—style industry, its rise and development meet the strategi C demand of the structural adjustment and sustainable development inpiscatorial industry,as it bined with leisure, entertainment,tourism, restaurant, es more benefit of society,ecology and economy offishery have been achieved,which iS very important for the district’economy recent years recreational fishery inYantai City explands rapidly————————the panies grows up to 33,forming a pattern inwhich fishing,fishing leisure,breeding and appreciating, featured food and beverage develop mutual iF,promotes the transportation,resturant,seafood sales and many other industries, evolving the industry chain of the。’cruise’。annual benefit amounts to 7million yuan,and achieves great economic,social,ecological benefit.
