where 引 状 从句 ，Where前没有表示地点的先行 ， Where是从属 ，
Where引 的从句修 主句的 ，它相当于
in/at the place where。如：
My father grew up where he was born. 我父 是在他出生的
地方 大的。
Take him where it is safe. 把他 到安全的地方去。
where 引 名 性从句 — 名 性从句
where 引 的名 性从句主要有 从句、表 从句、主 从句以及同位
从句，此 where 相当于 the place where，可 ：“⋯⋯的地方” ,where
是疑 副 。如：
Can you tell me where you found it? 你能告 我你是在哪
儿找到它的 ？
That ’s where I was when the accident happened. 那就是
事故发生时我所在的地方。
Where the old man comes from is still a puzzle. 这位
老人是从哪里来的还是个谜。
I have no idea where we should go for a holiday. 我
