　　摘要：近几年来，中国的机电安装施工技术得到了改善和更新，施工质量也不停提升。但为了满足大家生活水平提升对机电安装的需要，同时有效地确保建筑工程质量，降低工程成本，增加经济效益，对机电安装的施工采取有效的质量控制方法是必须的。暖通空调系统是建筑机电安装必不可少的步骤，对空调系统采取优秀的技术安装处理决定了建筑室内生活或工作环境的优越性。“节能技术”是当代机电安装施工的常见技术之一，可促进建筑工程达成降低能耗的效果。为此，本文以通风空调风管制作为例，关键分析了机电安装的相关技术在建筑工程中的利用。
