Since China's securities market established, wind and rain drifting through nearly 30years, during this period, our country securities market has had tremendous progress, gradually set upincluding bone, bonds, foreign exchange and avariety offinancial derivatives suchas plete financial market structures. But because startedlate, compared with the developed countries, the financial market existing defects ismore significant, imperfect market system, the special equity structure, give priority towith retail investors, risk ability isrelatively weak, securities market isstill immature problem such aspoor regulation need tobeaddressed.
