文档介绍:大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要电子政务在全球范围内受到广泛的重视,利用电子政务实现政务应用的信息统一化、办公自动化、政务公开化、管理科学化成为现代政府部门的标准。通过一站式的管理和模式,不但提升政府部门职能、办公效率,而且能够更好的完善国家信息体系建设。国土资源部电子政务涉及诸多功能和具体要求。由于系统体系架构庞大,业务逻辑复杂,所以设计一个合理的总体框架就显得尤为重要。本论文将结合实际参与的国土资源部电子政务系统(E-)来讨论如何构建总体框架。本文根据国土资源部电子政务系统的需求,以研究J2EE体系架构和工作流技术为基础,结合国土资源部的电子政务系统特性,通过对需求的分析和电子政务的特点以及 J2EE特点的综合论证,构建了基于J2EE的电子政务的技术框架和业务框架。其次,通过分析工作流技术的一般性和特点,结合国土资源部实际工作流程,给出了一种基于 DBMS的轻量级的工作流引擎技术,并详述了该工作流引擎的具体实现办法。最后,以组织机构的模块设计为例,给出组织机构的总体设计思路,并对该子功能模块做了详细分析。国土资源部电子政务系统总体设计是结合J2EE的体系结构分层设计并实施的。很好的发挥了基于J2EE的电子政务的严谨性和优越性。目前,本系统已经在由此得到大幅提升。关键词:MvC模式;电子政务;工作流引擎孟祥斌:国土资源部电子政务系统的设计与实现 E-government System Design andImplementation ofTerritorial Resources Department Abstract Our government has been engaged inutilizing information technology toimprove government operation —government helps to make the applications of public—affairsimprove in unif01Tn of of public—affairs and alsoprovides an one-station management and servicewhich improves government functions and work efficiency thusthegovernment can provides betterservice forthepeopleand thecountry.
