文档介绍：东北大学硕士学位论文摘要我国文化产业管理体制改革研究摘要我国的文化产业管理体制改革是一场与经济体制改革既有密切联系又有区别的改革。文化产业管理体制改革涉及到上层建筑架构,这就需要我们深入分析和研究文化产业管理体制改革所面对的挑战和问题,走出一条适合我围国情的文化产业管理体制改革之路。本文客观的阐述和分析了我国当前文化产业管理体制改革中存在的问题及产生的原因,梳理了我国文化产业管理体制的历史沿革,介绍了国外文化产业管理体制及模式。同时,立足于中国国情,对深化我国文化产业管理体制改革进行了系统的阐释。全文共分五部分。第一部分介绍了文化、文化产业、文化产业管理体制的概念,阐述了我国目前进行的文化产业管理体制改革的意义;第二部分从公共管理、政治学、经济学i个不同角度阐述我国文化产业管理体制改革的理论依据;第三部分对我国文化产业管理体制的沿革进行了梳理,分析,我国文化产业管理体制改革所存在的问题及其产生的原因;第四部分介绍了西方发达国家文化产业管理模式,研究了这些国家的政府在本国文化产业的发展中所起的作用、担当的角色,以及他们的管理模式给我们带来的启示;第五部分,提出r 完善我国文化产业管理体制改革的具体对策。关键词:文化;文化产业;管理体制:改革一Ⅱ一东北大学硕士学位论丈 Abstract The Research oftheCultureIndustry Abstract The cultureindustrymanagement system reformin china has acloseassociation butalso many differences with economy system refers tothesuperstructure,and its dimcuhy isdetermined by thedepth and breadth ofthe requires US toparticularly analysisandstudy indepth inorder totreat apath which suitedtheconcrete situationin our country.
