文档介绍：合肥工业大学硕士学位论文安徽联通项目投资管理与控制实证研究姓名:孙斌申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:梁昌勇 20091001 安徽联通项目投资管理与控制实证研究摘要通信行业由于其技术更新快,业务创新能力强而使其具有与其他行业显著不同的特点。通信行业的项目投资管理需要面对网络规模大、投资额高、技术复杂和全程全网性等行业要求。随着我国电信市场竞争格局的形成,电信市场竞争日益激烈。投资效益问题越发突出,电信运营商的投资决策管理水平和投资成本控制成为了企业发展的重要环节。本论文通过对中国联通安徽省分公司的项目投资特点和现状进行分析和研究,指出目前在安徽联通项目投资行为中存在的问题,在借鉴国内外已有的研究成果的基础上,从通信企业的角度对项目投资决策、风险防范和成本管控进行了研究,以推动通信企业的项目投资决策与成本管理从粗放型向精细化管理转变,提高通信企业项目投资管理和控制水平。本文的研究重点是安徽联通投资决策管理和投资成本控制。针对安徽联通在项目投资决策管理和项目成本控制中存在的投资观念、投资管理过程、监控和评估体系、风险管控和投资成本管理等方面的问题和不足,提出了建立以效益为导向的投资原则,通过设立科学合理的预测模型、风险评估体系和评价指标,提高项目投资决策管理的水平;运用项目投资分层投资造价体系的方法, 加强投资成本控制。论文最后通过对XX市联通某期GSM-r程项目投资及成本管理的实例分析,运用论文中的研究方法,解决了在项目决策管理和投资成本控制中的问题,并通过项目后评价体系予以验证。关键词:通信项目;投资管理;成本控制 Research OfInvestment Management And Control Of Anhui Proj ect Abstract For itsrapid technological update and strong business innovation ability,munications industry has significantly different characteristics to other project investment management munication industry faces many industry demands as large·works,high amount of investment, complex technology and fullprocess and work, theconformation of China’S munications petition situation,petition of munication markets isincreasingly issue ofinvestment benefits has been more prominent,and investment decision·making management level and investment cost control munication operators have e an important aspect ofcorporate development.
