文档介绍：兰州交通大学继续教育学院毕业设计(论文) 专业(班级): 工程管理 10 级二班指导教师: 郝伟学生姓名:仲健学号: 100018109 六景至钦州港公路路面工程施工组织设计摘要本文通过对六景至钦州港公路路面工程施工组织的初步设计,对一个分部分项工程有了一个全面的认识。在科学合理的基础上,统筹布局,使设计在施工中发挥最大的组合优势。全文重点从以下几点做一阐述: 1 、施工任务组织分工及程序安排。针对项目自身特点,设立项目经理部,下设工程管理部、计划财务部、设备物资部、质量安全部,综合试验室和综合办公室,共计四部二室六个职能部门,对本标段工作进行管理和服务。前期物资储备必须做到位, 以保证后续施工的连续性。 2 、主要工程项目的施工方案及技术措施。沥青混凝土上面层及中面层采用 SBS 型成品改性沥青,其施工质量控制是本合同段工程的关键工程。重点工程的技术保障需要层层审核,确保工程质量。 3、安全生产管理体系的制定。在本合同段分别就施工安全技术措施、机电设备、施工操作、安全教育、安全检查、事故处理等方面,设立安全责任岗位,建立安全生产管理体系。 4、应对突发事件的应急处置办法的制定。本着“安全第一,降低损失”的原则, 制定完善的应急处置办法。确保项目顺利进行,以及工程质量和企业效益的提高。关键词: 路面工程施工组织施工方案技术措施工程质量安全生产管理体系 Abstract Inthis paper, preliminary design, have acomprehensive understanding of asub-part ofthe project tothe the Qinzhou Port road surface anizations Liujing. Text elaborates focus from the following: 1,the the construction anizational division oflabor and procedural arrangements. Management ofthe tenders for the characteristics ofthe project, the establishment ofthe project manager, under the project management ofthe Ministry ofPlanning and Finance Department, equipment supplies, quality and safety, comprehensive laboratory and the general office ofsix functional departments, atotal offour partment and services.
