压缩状态下叠层复合材料层缩区力学行为的研究

摘要
本文运用显微云纹干涉法在细观尺度研究了压缩状态下叠层复合材料
(T300/5208)层缩区的力学行为;观察了层缩区在承受压应力时的应力分布情
况,观察区域为 ×,得到了分辨率较高的云纹图。分辨率达到 10 μ m,
与纤维直径相当,从而实现了直接对复合材料层缩区受载时的细观测量。
本文还利用有限元软件 对层缩区进行了数值模拟,较为准确地
模拟了层缩区受载时的应力应变分布情况。并将显微云纹干涉法实验结果和有限
元数值模拟结果进行了对比,分析了二者的相同点、差异性以及误差存在的原因,
从而全面的分析了层缩区受载时的力学行为。
复合材料试件受压时,层缩区内产生一高应力区。该区域应力集中十分明显,
主要集中在层缩区的三个角点处,由正应力和剪应力共同控制。显微云纹干涉法实
验结果和有限元数值模拟结果都证实了层缩区确实是复合材料的薄弱区域,是复合
材料破坏的发源地。

Abstract
In this paper, a micromechanical investigation for posites with
internally-dropped plies (T300/5208) has been performed by means of micro-moiré
interferometry pression. The mechanical behaviors in the dropped-ply region
were observed .The observed regions were about ×. The high sensitive moiré
fringes were obtained in very fine resolution and high quality. The resolution of moiré
fringes was about 10 μm , similar to the diameter of carbon fiber. And direct
micro-measurement for posite with dropped-ply region was achieved in this
experiment.
The mechanical behavior of dropped-ply region has also been numerically simulated
using the finite element software --- . The distribution of stress and strain in
the dropped-ply region was measured. And the experimental results and the finite
element simulation are discussed.
There is a high-stress region in the dropped-ply region when posite
material specimen was pressed. There is stress concentration in this region that mainly
happened at three corners of the dropped-ply region. The experimental results and the
finite element simulation show that the dropped-ply region is the vulnerable area of the
composite material. It is the origin of failure.
