摘要：建筑的剪力墙结构是我国现代建筑中经常使用的一种结构形式，尤其是在
一些高层的大型建筑中。剪力墙的优点在于结构的整体性比较强，工程的用钢量
比较少而且刚度比较大，使得这一结构在使用中比较经济实用，保持了建筑的外
形的美观性，已经在建筑行业中广泛运用。本文主要介绍高层建筑的剪力墙的结
构基础，为建筑设计人员对于如何优化剪力墙结构设计提供参考。

Abstract: the construction of the shear wall structure is our country modern buildings often
use a kind of structure form, especially in some of the highest large buildings. The
advantages of the shear wall structure is the integrity is stronger, the project with steel
quantity is less and stiffness is bigger,make this a structure in use more economical and
practical, keep the appearance of the building of the beautiful sex of, have extensive use of
the building industry. This paper mainly introduces the high-rise building shear wall
structure of the foundation for building design personnel for how to optimize the shear wall
structure provides reference for the design.

随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快，各种类型的建筑出现在城市
的各个角落，传统的多层砖混合结构或者框架结构已经不能够满足建筑行业发展
的需求，剪力墙结构的广泛应用解决了这一问题。但是随着建筑结构功能要求等
的增加，也给剪力墙的设计带来了一定的难度。
一、剪力墙结构设计的原则
1、剪力墙的高与宽的尺寸较大但是厚度较小，受力方式与柱接近，当比值
小于 3 使，可以按柱的特点需求进行设计，当比值在 3-5 之间可以将结构视为异
