文档介绍：高职院校信息化建设中的项目管理研究摘要高等职业教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分。近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,社会需要大量职业技术人员,高等职业教育受到国家和社会的高度重视。在资讯高度发达的今天和社会信息化的大背景下,高职院校的信息化有助于提高办学水平和学生培养质量,其建设势在必行。但是信息化建设不是单靠技术就能够实现的,还需要科学的管理方法。项目管理是现代管理学的一个重要分支,是一种公认的科学管理方法,是一种运用系统科学的原理对项目进行计划、组织和控制的系统管理方法。该文概述了国内外项目管理研究的最新成果,分析了我国高职院校信息化及其项目管理的现状和存在的问题;依据现代项目管理理论和方法,结合高职院校的自身特点和信息化项目管理的特殊性,提出了高职院校信息化建设项目的项目管理策略,该策略具有针对性强和适应面广等特点。在此基础上,将该策略应用到安徽审计职业学院信息化建设项目的项目管理中,应用项目管理知识和工具,从科学、规范和系统的目标出发,对项目范围确定、项目规划,项目人力资源管理、进度控制和风险控制进行了有效的管理。案例分析表明,只有采取行之有效的管理方法,才能保证高职院校信息化建设的顺利完成。此外, 文中也总结了高职院校信息化建设项目中的成功经验和需注意的问题,并利用项目管理的思想和方法提出应采取的解决措施。关键词:高职院校信息化项目管理 Research on Proj ectManagement of the Higher Vocation Institutes Informationization Establishment Proj ect ABSTRACT The higher vocation education is an important part ofeducation enterprise in our ,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the need oflarge numbers of vocational technical personnel,our country and society attach importance tothe higher vocation thetime ofhighly developed information and under the background of society informationization,the informationization ofthe higher vocation institutes can improve therunning level and the student training quality,SO itsestablishment isimperative under the informationization establishment can’t realize just depending on technology,and itneeds scientific management methods ect management is asignificant embranchment ofmodern management and arecognized scientific management,and itis asystem management method thatit uses system scientific theory anize and control projects.
