随着城市建设和经济的快速发展,环境保护和节约能源成为越来越重要的问题,城市集中供热也成为城市尤其是北方城市供热的大势所趋。如何使整个集中供热系统处于一个良好的、高效的运行状态,成为供热控制系统所必须解决的问题。
本文分析了人工调节的不足与自动控制的优点,对集中供热在国内外的发展进行了简单的对比,主要介绍了集中供热一次管网系统控制方案、换热站工艺流程、工作原理及自动控制方案的现状。在此基础上,以供热工程为理论基础,对热力系统的水力和热力工况进行了分析。文中通过单片机对调节阀进行控制来改变二次供水温度,来满足热用户对供热的要求。最后对系统的抗干扰进行了简要的分析。

With the consistent urban construction and the rapid development of economics,environmental protection and energy conservation has become more and moreimportant.Central heating has become the general trend of heating style especiallyamong the northern cities.How to make the whole central heating system operate in a good and efficient state turns Into an lssue that must be addressed.
This text analyzed artificial to regulate of not enough and automatically control of advantage, to concentration provided heat to carry on simple contrast in the domestic and international development, mainly introduced concentration to provide a hot tube netted system controled project, changed hot station craft processed and worked principle and automatically control the present condition of this foundation, with provide hot engineering for theory foundation, carried on analysis to water power and thermodynamic energy work condition of thermodynamic energy a list in the text slice the machine make exchange stanza valve to carry on control to change two water supply temperatures, satisfy hot customer to provide a hot carried on the analysis of synopsis to the anti- interference of system.
