摘要：人力资源开发与管理是现代企业管理的核心，它的对象是人，这是企业管理中最复杂和最困难的工作，为了解决这一难题，出现了一种崭新的人力资源管理模式—人力资源管理外包。本文从人力资源外包与人力资源管理外包的定义出发,首先简要介绍了人力资源管理外包的基本内容和特点，然后简要地介绍了人力资源管理外包的运行流程和注意事项。最后，对人力资源管理外包进行了简要地定量分析与定性分析，并阐明了它的重要意义。

Abstract: The development and management of Human resource which takes people as an object is the core of modern enterprise management. This is the most complex and difficult work of business management, in order to solve this problem, a new human resource management model - Human Resource Management Outsourcing. This paper starts from the definition of human resource outsourcing and human resource management outsourcing. At first，this dissertation describes the basic content and characteristics of human resource management outsourcing are briefly , and then give a brief introduction to the operation process of human resource management outsourcing and the points which should be pay attention to.
