文档介绍：论我国引渡制度的完善摘要当今社会,跨国犯罪日益猖獗,犯罪嫌疑人往往通过各种途径逃至国外以逃避法律的制裁。为了有效遏制这种势头,需要的是世界各国的通力合作。作为国际社会打击跨国犯罪的重要手段,引渡制度已经在世界大多数国家建立起来。我国也不例外。但是随着时间的推移与国际引渡合作的广泛开展,我国引渡制度的一些问题已经显现出来并逐渐成为我国进行引渡合作的障碍,因次有必要对我国的引渡制度加以完善以便更好地发挥它的作用。本文以国际刑法关于引渡的基础理论为研究起点,通过对于国外引渡合作的新发展以及我国引渡制度现状的分析,找出我国引渡制度存在的问题,找出我国引渡立法的不足,从而进一步提出针对性的完善措施。关键词引渡; 司法; 协助完善 Abstract Today's society,rampant transnational crimes,the suspects fled abroad,often through various means to evade the order to effectively curb this trend is needed is the cooperation of countries in the the munity an important tool bating transnational crime,extradition system has been established in most countries in the world.
