数据中心高热密度解决方案历史
从2000年前后开始,由于数据中心电子设备发热量快速增加,不断有人提出数据中心高热密度问题。越来越多的解决方案也被提出来。同时随着互联网技术的发展,数据中心的规模越来越大,发热量也越来越大,因此,所谓的“热问题”也越来越严重。参见下图。
