摘 要
随着日益进步的信息技术及网络科技,电子商务正逐渐渗透到各行各业中，通过网络基础设施，企业可以增强竞争力，扩大客源，但由于认知上的偏差、复合型人才的缺乏以及网络基础设施的不完善导致目前的电子商务不能仅仅依靠网络完成全部的贸易活动。
目前我国的航空公司已实现了部分票务部分电子化，这一改革节约了航空公司的成本，为广大的消费者提供了更为简洁、高效的服务，杜绝了现金交易带来的安全风险。
本文从电子商务及其相关的技术,包括电子商务的概念、分类、模式等多方面讲述了企业发展电子商务的必要性、方法、障碍以及解决方法。分析了我国航空电子票务的现状和发展趋势，阐述了电子商务在航空票务电子支付中的应用。展望了今后电子客票在中国民航的发展前景。对电子航空售票的具体流程进行分析比较，并提出可行性建议且对效果进行分析，并对影响电子客票普及的电子商务安全问题进行分析并提出建议。

ABSTRACT
With increasingly advanced information technology and network technology, e-commerce is gradually penetrate into all walks of life, through the network infrastructure, enterprises can enhance their competitiveness, broaden the customer base, but because of cognitive bias, the lack of compound talents Inadequate infrastructure and network of e-commerce led to the current network can not simply rely on to complete all of the trade.
