汽车顶衬总成与 A 柱离空问题的分析与解决

摘 要： 随着汽车行业的快速发展、消费者审美观念的提升，人们对汽车外观质量的要求也愈来愈高。以上汽通用
五菱的某车型为例，内外饰件的间隙段差问题数量占据着整车外观质量问题总数的 50% 以上，因此此类
问题的原因分析、问题解决至关重要。本文章中所阐述的顶衬总成位于车辆内部显要位置，其与 A 柱饰
板离空严重影响整车感知质量。文章以此问题为例，对问题原因查找的思路、问题的原因以及控制措施进
行介绍，为此类问题提供借鉴与帮助。

Abstract： With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the improvement of consumers' aesthetic concepts, people have higher and higher
requirements for the appearance quality of automobiles. The paper takes a model of Shanghai-GM-Wuling as an example, and fi nds that the gap between
interior and exterior trims accounts for more than 50% of the total vehicle appearance quality problems. Therefore, cause analysis and problem solving of
