Methods The patient was diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the knee of the 30 cases, 11 cases of male and female 19 use of intra-articular injection of medical ozone and ligament pain point injections. The results of 28 cases cured,2 cases % efficient. Follow-up of6 months, 1 year 2 cases of recurrence, four cases, recurrence rates were %, %. The conclusions of medical ozone treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect, and the recurrence rate is low, ozone treatment is the treatment of senile degenerative knee effective way to promote the use of clinical worth. [Key words] ozone; osteoarthritis; knee; intra-articular injection 骨性关节炎是膝关节炎中最常见的病因, 膝骨性关节炎在老年人中最为常见, 男女均可发病。膝骨性关节炎是一种危害中老年人健康的慢性进行性骨关节病,发病后长期疼痛,步行困难, 严重影响人们的日常生活质量。是世界性的难题。近年来, 国外已有文章报道[1] : 臭氧具有消炎、止痛的作用。由于人群预期寿命延长, 60 岁以上的人群中 50 %在 X 线片上有骨性关节炎表现。其中 35 %~ 50 %有临床表现, 75 %以上的人群中 80 %有骨性关节炎症状[2] 。作为一种新型的微创技术臭氧治疗术,治疗膝关节骨性关节炎已经应用于临床并取得了满意的疗效。现将我院 2006 年4 月~ 2008 年 10 月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎 30 例报告如下。 1 资料与方法 一般资料自 2006 年4 月
