文档介绍：农业科研试验基地增收节支措施探析
摘要 农业科研试验基地建设完成后，试验基地的正常管理和健康运转成为基地的重要工作。受限于大部分试验基地均未落实稳定国拨运行费支持的现状，如何用有限的资金创造更多的社会效益和经济效益是建设单位面临的实际问题。增收节支是农业科研基地保证健康、有序发展的重要手段。本文介绍了中国农业科学院廊坊科研中试基地现状及管理模式，并列举了其在增收节支方面采取的措施，以期为其他农业科研试验基地的可持续发展提供参考。
