摘要
架空线路对工厂的正常生产具有重要的作用。因此,工厂的架空线路的保护也变得尤为重要。由继电器、接触器和各种开关按照一定的逻辑关系用导线连接成的传统的继电保护,接线多,连接点多,触点多,接触电阻大,电磁线圈体积大、能耗大,还有较大的磁滞现象,当控制线路复杂时,所产生的热量和杂散磁场带来环境污染。近三十年来,微机保护得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。它已经逐渐的替代了传统的继电保护。其中,PLC(可编程控制器)就是很具有代表性的控制装置。这种新的控制方式体现了PLC体积小、功能强、灵活通用与维护方便等一系列优点。
本文叙述了基于PLC来设计工厂10kv架空线路的保护。在设计过程中,需要以传统继电保护为基础来计算出10kv架空线路的短路电流,通过对线路的整定计算和灵敏度校验来设计出其原理图并选出保护装置和设备,再利用原理图画出其展开图、I/O表和输入输出端子接线图,最后根据上述结论绘制梯形图并写出指令语句表。

ABSTRACT
Overhead lines on the plant has an important role in normal production. Therefore, the protection of the factory overhead lines has e more important. Due to relay, contactor and a variety of switches according to some logical relationship the conventional protection of relay with wire connected are characterized by multiple wiring, multiple connection points, more contacts, large contact resistance, solenoid bulky, energy consumption and large hysteresis, when the control circuit plicated, the heat it generates and stray ic field produce environmental pollution. Last three decades, microprocessor-based protection has been the rapid development and wide application. It has gradually replaced the conventional protection of relay. PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) is the typical control. This new control method reflects the PLC has small size, strong function, flexible general, easy maintenance and a series of advantages.
This paper describe PLC-based to design the protection of 10kv overhead lines on the plant. In the design process, it requires to calculate the short-circuit current of 10kv overhead lines based on the conventional protection of relay ,design its schematic and select protective device and equipment by setting calculation of line and sensitivity check, then use schematic to draw out its expansion plan, I/O list and input and output terminal wiring diagram, finally, draw the ladder and write the directive statement list according to the above conclusion.
