文档介绍：苏州大学硕士学位论文劳动教养人员权利及保障姓名:丁庆宇申请学位级别:硕士专业:法律·法理学指导教师:胡玉鸿 20071001 劳动教养人员权利及保障中文摘要劳动教养人员权利及保障中文摘要劳动教养历来是一个牵涉侵犯人权、自由问题的敏感话题,劳动教养人员的权利保障也存在这样或者那样的问题。本文由研究劳动教养人员权利的基本理论入手,通过对当前劳动教养人员权利现状的实证调查,进而对当前劳动教养人员权利保障措施分析,找不足、查原因,并提出了自己对劳教工作改革的几点建议。本文共分三部分。引言陈述选题的原因及意义。第一部分,研究劳动教养人员权利的概况即基本理论问题。第二部分,设计调查表,对当前部分劳动教养人员权利现状进行实证分析,分析当前劳动教养人员权利保障的状况。第三部分,阐述劳动教养人员权利保障存在的问题及其对策。笔者认为加快劳教立法工作,完善劳教法律体系,切实做到有法可依;加大财政资金的投入,提高劳教行政经费的保障程度,改变目前所企不分的管理体制;加强劳教干警的教育培训力度,增强干警的各项素质;加强劳教人员的法律教育,提高劳教人员的自我保护意识;完善劳动教养法律监督体系,加强对劳动教养工作的法律监督都有利于劳动教养人员权利的保障。关键词: 劳动教养人员权利保障作者:丁庆字指导老师:胡玉鸿 Re·-education Through Labor Rights and Protection Officers Abstract Reeducation through labor has always been involved in aviolation of human rights,freedom ofthe sensitive issue ofre-education through labor rightsprotection officersinsome fashion or another study by the labor rights ofcorrectional officers start with thebasic theory,the current labor re—education through therights oftheempirical investigation,which on the current labor re‘education measures toprotect therights of,or inadequate investigations,and hasraised itswork on laborreform suggestions.
