米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床分析
【摘要】目的比较米索前列醇联合缩宫素（治疗组）与单纯应用 缩宫素（对照组）对减少剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法选取2009年7月 至2010年12月在我院剖宫产初产妇各100例，随机分为治疗组和对照 组，比较两组术后2及24 h失血量、血红蛋白下降、红细胞压积（het） 下降及产后出血发生率。结果 治疗组术后2及24 h失血量、血红蛋白 下降、红细胞压积下降及产后出血发生率均低于对照组。结论应用 缩宫素的同时联合应用米索前列醇对于减少剖宫产产后出血，防止产 后出血效果更佳，值得临床广泛应用。
