文档介绍：摘要党和国家历来都很重视大学生德育工作,大学生德育工作也取得了一定成绩,但大学生德育工作存在的诸多问题仍不能忽视,这主要是缺乏强有力的大学生德育保障体系。基于此,本文较全面系统地研究了如何构建大学生德育保障体系,在原有大学生德育工作基础上提出了一系列加强和完善大学生德育保障体系构建的具有可操作性的建议。本文第一部分论述了大学生德育保障体系的定义及其特点。体系就是由相互联系相互作用的因素组成的具有一定功能的整体。大学生德育保障体系是为了实现德育目标对大学生进行政治、思想、品德教育的保障系统,它具有强烈的针对性,体现高校德育在大学生培养中的地位。大学生德育保障体系具有方向性、主体性、适应性、协调性、系统性、层次性的特点。本文第二部分较全面的分析了大学生德育保障体系的现状。主要就当前大学生德育保障体系取得成绩、当前大学生德育保障体系存在的问题及存在问题的原因、完善大学生德育保障体系的必要性进行了阐述。本文第三部分客观的论述了构建大学生德育保障体系的原则。大学生德育保障体系的构建应坚持科学性原则、整体性原则、主体性原则、多样性原则、有效性原则、创新性原则。本文第四部分就大学生德育保障体系的构建提出了自己的建议。构建大学生德育保障体系的目标就是要把其构建成开放的、全员参与的、整体的体系。构建大学生德育保障体系的途径应该从课堂教育、活动教育、党团工作、管理教育、咨询服务、社会实践、环境营造、自我完善等八个方面努力。构建大学生德育保障体系的思路包括五个方面:确立科学的德育新思路是德育工作的思想保障;加强德育队伍建设是德育工作的组织保障;建立健全德育工作激励竞争机制是德育工作的动力保障;构建德育管理体系是德育工作的制度保障;增加经费投入是德育工作的物质保障。关键词: 大学生德育;保障体系;构建 Abstract College moral education has always been emphasized by the Party and the Government and certainachievement has been made,but variousproblems remain to be solved mainly due to insufficiency of relevant safeguard author pletely andsystematically examines theway tobuildup acollege moral education safeguardmechanism,es up with aseriesofoperational proposals on how tOstrengthen and improve suchwork.
